Hi! I’m Tarryn, founder of PCOS Diet Support and Chief PCOS Foodie.I was diagnosed with PCOS 11 years ago and was offered very little support. So, I took things in my own hands and developed my own PCOS Diet.
I went from having an irregular cycle my whole life and struggling with infertility to conceiving naturally, twice and having a clockwork cycle.
Since being diagnosed, I have helped thousands of women lose weight, get pregnant and live the lives that they deserve in spite of PCOS.
I am a certified nutrition coach and spend a lot of time talking about, researching and teaching women all about PCOS and what it means for them.
